MLA I

is a 3-day intensive course structured after the Body of Knowledge specified by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) for Oil Analysis Level I and Machinery Lubrication Technician certification.

MLA II

is a three-day intensive course structured after the Body of Knowledge specified by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) for Machine Lubricant Analyst Level I and II certification.

MLA III

is a three-day intensive course structured after the Body of Knowledge specified by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) for Oil Analysis Level III certification

Balancing Theory and Practice

At the end of this course, students will be able to determine the most appropriate procedure to be applied to selected balancing situations, identify the main causes of unbalanced equipment, and understand the procedures for operating the balancing equipment.

CAT I

The “Entry Level” Category I course is intended for personnel who are new or have 6 months vibration monitoring and analysis experience. It is ideal for Reliability Engineers, Operators, Fitters, Planned Maintenance Personnel and anyone in the engineering field needing to know more about Vibration Analysis.

CAT II

This 5 days course prepares attendees to perform Basic Machinery Vibration Analysis on industrial machinery using single-channel measurements, with or without triggers signals, according to established and recognized procedures.

CAT III

Are qualified to establish, direct, and\or perform programs
for condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines including spectral, waveform, and orbit
analysis
